Do you need a quick reference referral guide for youth with substance use disorders? 

Are you often asked by parents or community members where they can get help for an adolescent/young adult using alcohol or other substances? 

Have you seen an increase in alcohol or substance use related incidents in your community? 

If you answered yes to one of these three questions, the Community Resource List may be of value to you and your community.

The Community Resource List was created out of a growing need for information on treatment agencies for adolescents (and young adults) with substance use and/or problem gambling disorders. The 'list' is designed as a quick reference, is user friendly, and provides pertinent contact, service type, and location information for all NYS OASAS certified treatment agencies as well as 24/7 hotline referral information. This list includes agencies throughout Suffolk County. This free list is available as a tear-off 5x8 pad and in electronic format.

Please distribute the Community Resource List tear-off pad (or Excel electronic version) throughout your community to all those who may find it useful in their day-to-day work in the community. Share it with schools, clergy, youth agencies, civic and fraternal organizations, and others that may find the information useful. More copies are available upon request.
