WEBINAR: Put an End to ENDS, Youth Vaping And How Coalitions Can Fight Back
March 26 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Did you know that based on 2019 National Youth Tobacco Survey data, in 2019, 11% of Middle School students and 28% of High School students reported using e-cigarettes in the past 30 days?
Youth vaping is an emerging concern for many DFC coalitions across the country. Nearly half of DFC coalitions mentioned vaping or e-cigarettes in their February 2019 progress report. The DFC National Evaluation Team presented a session at CADCA’s National Leadership Forum (January 2020) focused specifically on what DFC coalitions are doing to address the rise of vaping among youth. If you missed our presentation, or would like to listen again, we will be hosting a live webinar version of our Youth Vaping session, “Put an End to ENDS, Youth Vaping And How Coalitions Can Fight Back: Lessons Learned from the Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program National Evaluation.” The webinar will include time to ask questions and share ideas with other DFC coalitions.
The webinar will occur on March 26th from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM EDT.
