Keynote by: Rob Kent, General Counsel of White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP)
Mr. Kent previously served as a General Counsel for the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and is a strong believer in and advocate for the use of harm reduction principles in the SUD and criminal justice fields. In his role with OASAS, Mr. Kent provided overall legal support, policy guidance, and direction to the OASAS Executive Office and all divisions of the agency.
